According to a McKinsey study from 2019, basically, all occupational fields will be affected by artificial intelligence. The three most affected Industries will be telecommunications, automotive and assembly as well as financial services. The sectors that will benefit the most from AI are travel and transportation. In the study, they claim that just 1/4th of the current HR-related tasks are not automatable at all. The keyword is current technologies they are not talking about future technologies that might be even more powerful than today's technology. We know these studies are popping up monthly or even every week. However, we strongly believe that artificial intelligence together with human intelligence is THE dominant combination. It's much stronger than AI or human intelligence alone. With the combination of these two, there is more time to manage social complex tasks like negotiations, creative solution finding or adaptability in difficult situations. As Peter Drucker has said already decades ago. Time is the scarcest resource and unless it is managed, nothing else can be managed. We think this was true, this is true and this will be true in the future. Artificial intelligence is helping to manage our time more wisely, to be more productive, and more efficiently for the help of humanity.
