Personnel costs a lot of money. In order to plan their deployment more efficiently, the AI solution from the Zurich start-up Aspaara comes into play. Aspaara develops algorithms that are used for shift and time planning in companies. The Zurich-based start-up is primarily active in three sectors: Aircraft Ground Handling, i.e. ground handling for aircraft, for logistics companies, but also for consulting giants such as PwC.
Aspaara has great market potential. Customer-specific development of algorithms for data-driven optimisation is the trend, says invited expert Dr Peter Acél.
